Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Oki Zuki (ranked 1631 p4p, 1432 weight class) and Pate Ro (ranked 194 p4p, 165 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Pate Ro!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zuki takes a jab right on the kisser.

It looks like Oki Zuki has been cut.
Ro misses with a wild body shot.

Zuki pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Zuki throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Ro.
Ro has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Zuki is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Zuki will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Ro looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Zuki looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Ro swings for the body but Zuki moves out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ro misses with an uppercut. Zuki saw that one coming.

Ro wants to counter with a clinch but Zuki pushes him away.

It looked like Zuki wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Zuki looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Zuki throws a sloppy head kick and Ro moves out of range easily.

As Ro looks to move away, Zuki throws a big counter combo but Ro just gets out of the way.
Zuki rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Ro moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Ro! But no joy.
Zuki misses with a head kick.
Zuki takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Zuki lands a two punch combo.

Ro throws a hook but Zuki blocks it.

Ro feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Zuki sprawling to the canvas! Zuki rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Ro finish him?!
Ro throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Zuki tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Ro tries a quick counter leg kick but Zuki is wise to it.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Zuki steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Ro.
Zuki uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Ro.
Zuki ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Ro moves away.
Zuki dodges the punch combination from Ro.
Zuki ducks under a wild hook from Ro.
Ro throws a hook to the side of Zuki 's head but Zuki sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Ro ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Zuki moves away.
Zuki went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Zuki throws a right and a left that Ro avoids nicely.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Ro connects with a right hand. Zuki shakes it off.
Zuki throws a lazy uppercut

and Ro counters with a crisp right hand that drops Zuki ! Ro lets Zuki back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

Zuki is rocked!

Oki Zuki 's cut is getting worse.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ro lands a nice shot to the body.
Oh Zuki is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Zuki is breathing heavily.
Zuki swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Ro counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Ro lands with a good body shot.
Zuki seems to have got his legs back now.
Ro throws a nice inside leg kick.
Ro jabs Zuki to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Zuki takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Ro throws the kick towards the body but Zuki avoids it.
Zuki showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Ro.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Pate Ro dominated that round.

That's time! Back to the action!

Ro cracks Zuki with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Ro has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Zuki to stand back up!

Oki Zuki 's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Ro turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
A head kick misses from Zuki .
Ro lands a nice shot to the body.
This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Zuki might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far.
Zuki ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Ro moves away.
A shot to the body from Zuki misses
and Ro cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Zuki is looking to wear down Ro with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Ro moves in close and cracks Zuki with a massive right hand! Zuki , frozen momentarily in time, tumbles to the canvas, already out cold! A brutal knockout by Ro!
