Ecker comes to the cage accompanied by Right Above It. Devin Ecker could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Brabus Tonal's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ecker throws a head kick but Tonal moves out of range.
Tonal paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Ecker throws a solid leg kick but Tonal takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Ecker.

Tonal lands with a hook. Ecker tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ecker tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Tonal paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Tonal shoots in looking for a takedown. Ecker tries to sprawl out of it but Tonal keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Ecker manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Ecker on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Tonal lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

As Tonal tries to get set, Ecker tries to push him back and clinch up but Tonal manages to avoid the attempt.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Tonal stuffs the takedown.
Tonal is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Ecker had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into mush.
Ecker wants to clinch up but Tonal keeps it at a distance.
It seemed like Tonal was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Ecker lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Tonal has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Tonal and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Oh Ecker is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Ecker leaves his chin hanging out and Tonal seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Ecker crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
