Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Knuckles (ranked 1088 p4p, 1308 weight class) and Samson Buddha (ranked 146 p4p, 166 weight class). Bobby Knuckles is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 24 - 17 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bobby Knuckles!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Samson Buddha!
The judges for this bout are Francis DeMontford, Skip Squint and Ben Hemmingworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Buddha throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Knuckles counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Buddha throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Knuckles looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
We've been told by Knuckles's head coaches at Outlier Martial Arts that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Knuckles lands with a hook. Buddha tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Knuckles connects with a crisp jab.

Knuckles misses with a hook. Buddha ducked under it nicely.
Buddha goes for a double leg but Knuckles avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Knuckles continues to drive forward.
Knuckles fires out a quick counter leg kick but Buddha just manages to avoid it.
Buddha goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Knuckles's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Knuckles walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Knuckles fakes the leg kick and cracks Buddha in the body.
Buddha throws a push kick but Knuckles slaps the foot to one side.
Knuckles feints and then cracks Buddha's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Buddha down.
Buddha shoots in for a takedown but Knuckles shows good takedown defense.

Knuckles does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
It seemed like Buddha was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Knuckles tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.

Buddha shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Knuckles defends it nicely.

That was a close second round but I would say that Bobby Knuckles will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Knuckles lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
