Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Polish Power (ranked 2008 p4p, 3255 weight class) and Brick Knuckles (ranked 218 p4p, 355 weight class). Power kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Xanadu by Ummet Ozcan. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Polish Power!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Brick Knuckles!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Bruno Hogan and Hugh Johnson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Power throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Knuckles stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Knuckles throws a right and a left that Power avoids nicely.

Knuckles tries to keep at a distance but Power has taken the fight into the clinch.
Power scores with a shoulder strike.

Knuckles breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
A punch combination from Knuckles misses.
A solid body kick from Power.
Knuckles looks winded!
Knuckles walks into a straight right hand from Power.

It looks like Brick Knuckles has been cut.
Knuckles takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Knuckles tries to keep at a distance but Power has taken the fight into the clinch.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Power lands a hook that snaps the head of Knuckles backwards.
A nice right hand lands inside from Power.
A short right from Power.
Nice body punch from Power - that landed with a thud.
Power works on Knuckles's body with a couple of short punches.
Power softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage.
Still in the clinch, Power scores with a nice short uppercut.
Power can't find room to land a body shot as Knuckles controls the action.

Knuckles's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Power scores with a nice hook to the head.
A nice left hand lands by Power.
Power misses with a hook to the ribs.

Power breaks the clinch.
Knuckles displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Power throws out the jab.

Power lands a big uppercut and Knuckles crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Knuckles looks OK. Power waves Knuckles back to his feet!

Knuckles is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Power clinches.

Power escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Power gets a clinch.
Knuckles is looking for a takedown.

Power manages to break the clinch.
Power ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Knuckles moves away.
Knuckles keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Power is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Knuckles missing with a left hand there. Power was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Knuckles rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Power moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Power moves into the clinch.

Power's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Power lands a big head kick that sends Knuckles tumbling to the mat! Power takes a step backwards and waves Knuckles back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Knuckles is still on wobbly legs! Can Power finish him?
Knuckles is holding his hands too far apart here. Power throws a hard, straight punch right down the pipe and BOOM! Knuckles is out! That punch landed square on the jaw - what a shot!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Polish Power!
