Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 33 - 20 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Harry McQuirre!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 65 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Pawel Nastula!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Nastula looking for a takedown here - he's got it.

McQuirre pushes Nastula off and gets back to his feet.
McQuirre scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Nice uppercut there from McQuirre.
McQuirre bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Nastula's head backwards.
McQuirre connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Nastula's hands.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

McQuirre closes the distance and pushes Nastula back into the cage.

It looks like Pawel Nastula has been cut.
Nastula goes for a takedown in the clinch but McQuirre prevents it.
McQuirre stops a takedown attempt from Nastula.
McQuirre lands a knee to the body.
McQuirre lands a nice uppercut.
Nastula takes an elbow to the forehead.

McQuirre's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

McQuirre lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

McQuirre throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Nastula.
Nastula is still on wobbly legs! Can McQuirre finish him?
McQuirre lands a jab.
A jab from McQuirre finds it's way through Nastula's defenses.
Harry McQuirre is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
McQuirre circles away from the clinch attempt.
Nastula seems to have recovered his senses.
Nastula changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. McQuirre tries to avoid it but Nastula manages to keep hold of a leg and drag McQuirre to the ground. McQuirre escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Harry McQuirre has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pawel Nastula.
Nastula tries to close the distance and clinch up but McQuirre swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Nastula drops to a knee looking for a takedown but McQuirre gets the underhooks and prevents it.
McQuirre lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
A quick uppercut on the inside from McQuirre.
McQuirre definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Nastula tries to land knees in the clinch but McQuirre avoids the damage to the body.
Nastula wants to take the fight to the mat but McQuirre manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
McQuirre lands a right hand that snaps the head of Nastula backwards.

McQuirre drops Nastula with a big knee straight up the middle! Nastula is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!

McQuirre drops Nastula onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Nastula is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
McQuirre lands a left hand that snaps the head of Nastula backwards.
McQuirre lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Nastula to his knees! McQuirre keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
