Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Pablo Blades (ranked 1331 p4p, 1423 weight class) and Soren Hansen (ranked 186 p4p, 194 weight class). Blades comes to the cage accompanied by Three 6 Mafia - It's a fight. Hansen has chosen If I had a heart as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We've been informed that Hansen has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.

Blades knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Hansen on the ground.

That was a close second round but I would say that Pablo Blades will probably get the nod.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Hansen accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Hansen postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Blades is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Hansen, into his guard.

Hansen seems keen to control Blades's posture.

Hansen working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Blades doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Blades manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Pablo Blades.
