Chai avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Chai slips under a jab from Harris.
Chai lands a glancing blow to the side of Harris's head.

Harris loads up on a big right hand but Chai slips the punch.

and Chai makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.

and Chai counters with a stiff right hand.
Chai lands a big head kick that sends Harris to the canvas! Chai follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
