Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mohammed Kahn (ranked 3 p4p, 42 weight class) and Radu Dracul (ranked 1 p4p, 7 weight class). Kahn comes to the cage accompanied by ÙƒØ§Ø±ØªÙ„ Ù…Ø¯Ø§Ù†. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 24 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Radu Dracul!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Paul Tew and Steven Brown.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kahn misses with a wild body shot.
Kahn throws a jab but it's blocked by Dracul.
Dracul tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Kahn misses with an uppercut

so Dracul counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Dracul passes Kahn's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Dracul content to control rather than advance.
Kahn is refusing to be controlled, as Dracul sits in half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dracul wants to pass the guard but Kahn is defending well.

Dracul is trying to control the action in half guard but Kahn is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Dracul trying to work for an americana but Kahn has managed to regain full guard.
Dracul tries to free his leg and advance position but Kahn is retaining full guard.
Dracul trying to control but Kahn is working from the bottom.
Dracul might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Kahn haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Kahn throws a lazy body kick

and Dracul counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.

Dracul moves nicely into side control.
Dracul throws an elbow but Kahn slips to the side and avoids it well.
Dracul advances to full mount.
Kahn is squirming around, avoiding Dracul's attempts to control the action.

Dracul throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

Dracul tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Dracul jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Kahn is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Kahn and Dracul has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Dracul has hold of Kahn's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Kahn seems comfortable defending it but Dracul has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Kahn is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Kahn is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Dracul couldn't care less - he's delighted!

After winning the bout, Radu Dracul thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
