Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Pee Wee Sasaki (ranked 308 p4p, 306 weight class) and Joe Biden (ranked 23 p4p, 22 weight class). Biden has chosen Side to Side as his entrance music. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Joe Biden was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

With a record of 22 - 12 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Joe Biden!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Paul Aken and Aafke Stam.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Biden only half commits to the counter leg kick.

We've been informed that Biden has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Sasaki lands a nice shot that snaps Biden's head back.
Biden uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sasaki.

Biden connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

And an attempted straight right on the counter from Biden! But no joy.
Sasaki fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Biden has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Sasaki throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

and Biden counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Biden takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

and Biden counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Sasaki thinking.

Sasaki pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Biden now looks to counter with a shot at the body.

Nice straight punches there by Sasaki. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Sasaki.
Sasaki throws a looping overhand right but Biden ducks down to avoid it.
Sasaki takes a swing at Biden's ribcage but misses.
Sasaki throws a chopping leg kick but Biden manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Sasaki feints and then cracks Biden's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Biden down.

enabling Sasaki to counter with a crisp jab.
Biden fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Sasaki is out of range.
Sasaki swings for the body but Biden moves out of range.
A little jabbing left from Biden on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Sasaki.
Sasaki feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Bidens jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
That's time! Sasaki's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Biden bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Sasaki cracks Biden with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sasaki throws a sloppy head kick and Biden moves out of range easily.
Sasaki buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

and Biden counters with a crisp right hand that drops Sasaki! Biden lets Sasaki back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Sasaki rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Biden counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Oh Sasaki is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Biden throws an uppercut from hell that sends Sasaki clean off his feet! He's out cold! Biden stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.

After winning the bout, Joe Biden thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
In defeat, Pee Wee Sasaki stepped up to the mic, saying 'Back to the gym...'.
