Coming up we have a lightweight kickboxing rules bout between Keiran Ahearn (ranked 5759 p4p, 3632 weight class) and Elbow Zombie Chai (ranked 503 p4p, 406 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Elbow Zombie Chai was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Elbow Zombie Chai!
The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Edson Gomes and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ahearn cracks Chai with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
It looks like Elbow Zombie Chai has been cut.
Ahearn moves into the clinch.

Ahearn throws a punch but it's blocked by Chai.

I was talking to Ahearn's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

Chai cracks Ahearn with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the ropes.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Chai fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Ahearn has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Ahearn darts in and clinches Chai up against the ropes.
Chai told us before the fight that he's been working on his elbows. An under utilised technique these days - let's see if it can sway the outcome of the fight.
