Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Timofey Babinski (ranked 3667 p4p, 3723 weight class) and Lucius Aurelius (ranked 173 p4p, 175 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lucius Aurelius!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yukihiro Yamamoto.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aurelius throws an off balance right hand
and Babinski counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Babinski lands a lovely overhand right.
Aurelius misses with a looping right.
Babinski swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.

Aurelius takes the fight into the clinch.
Babinski blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

Babinski pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Aurelius jabs at Babinski's body.
Aurelius takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Aurelius lands a nice shot to the body.
Babinski wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Nice uppercut lands for Babinski. That snapped Aurelius's head back.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Babinski is trying to break the clinch but Aurelius has him pressed against the cage.
Aurelius keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Babinski's efforts to push away.

Babinski breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Aurelius rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Babinski counters with a head kick. That will keep Aurelius thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

Babinski cracks Aurelius with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Aurelius looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Babinski finish him?

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

We've been informed that Aurelius has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.

Babinski drops Aurelius with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Aurelius looks back up at him and smiles so Babinski waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Babinski feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Aurelius sprawling to the canvas! Aurelius rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Babinski finish him?!
It looks like Babinski has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.
A head kick by Babinski - that's a beauty! Aurelius is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Babinski can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
