Nti fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kersikov I I manages to avoid it.

Nti is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Kersikov I I.

Nti avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

Nti shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Kersikov I I manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Kersikov I I controls Nti momentarily but Nti frees himself.

Kersikov I I is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Nti might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Nti slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Kersikov I I is trying to keep Nti in close.
Nti controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.

Vitali Kersikov I I showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Kwame Nti.
