PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Toni Camacho (ranked 3315 p4p, 5884 weight class) and Lysander Pollio (ranked 166 p4p, 242 weight class). Pollio comes into a darkened arena with his song building. I'd Love To Knock The Hell Out Of You kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Lysander Pollio!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Frank Dennis and Chris Downing.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pollio throws a sloppy body shot
and Pollio takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Pollio gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Pollio has managed to clinch.
Camacho lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Pollio is trying to pull guard but Camacho turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Camacho is trying to break free.
Camacho lands a hook to the side of the head.

It looks like Lysander Pollio has been cut.
Camacho lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Pollio backwards.

Camacho escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Camacho has taken the fight to the clinch.
Pollio tries to pull guard but Camacho forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Pollio tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Camacho just stands there and leans against the cage.
Toni Camacho has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lysander Pollio.
Camacho digs a right hand into Pollio's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Pollio's gas tank.
Camacho doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Camacho breaks the clinch.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Pollio takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Pollio looks winded!

Camacho dances in with a quick combination. Pollio is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Camacho snaps Pollio's head back. Pollio stumbles backwards against the cage. Camacho steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Pollio's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Pollio just didn't come prepared.

A very excited looking Toni Camacho rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
