Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Don Higgins (ranked 3558 p4p, 3249 weight class) and Lazaros Constantinou (ranked 498 p4p, 468 weight class). Don Higgins has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Don Higgins!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Lazaros Constantinou!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Yves DeLean and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Constantinou does it's job there.
Higgins throws a combination that misses
and Constantinou counters with a slapping leg kick.
Constantinou lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Constantinou works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Higgins looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Constantinou tries to clinch there but Higgins circles away.
Constantinou clinches up with Higgins and pushes him back against the cage.
Constantinou misses with some punches.
Higgins prevents a body shot from Constantinou.
Higgins's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Constantinou misses with the head strike.
Higgins pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Constantinou cracks Higgins with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Constantinou has closed the distance and engaged Higgins in a clinch.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Higgins working hard to break the clinch.
Higgins is trying to break the clinch but Constantinou is controlling him.
Higgins blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
A left hand lands to the body for Constantinou.
Higgins tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Constantinou smiles and moves away.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Higgins tries to bum rush Constantinou with a series of wild strikes but Constantinou uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Higgins missing with a left hand there. Constantinou was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Constantinou lands a body shot.
Constantinou thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Higgins if he has to take too many more of those.
Constantinou sizes up Higgins with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Constantinou lands a nice hook to Higgins's body. Higgins takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Higgins is breathing heavily.
The fighters circling - Higgins throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Higgins closes this distance looking for a takedown but Constantinou circles away.

Constantinou rushes Higgins and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Constantinou swings wildly with an uppercut but Higgins uses good head movement to avoid it.
Constantinou's coach down at Combat Wombat Burrow was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Constantinou's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Constantinou lands a left hand.
Still in the clinch, Constantinou scores with a nice short uppercut.
Constantinou misses with a hook from the clinch.
Constantinou can't find room to land a body shot as Higgins controls the action.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Higgins jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Constantinou walks away with a smile on his face. Higgins gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Don Higgins. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Higgins misses with a wild body shot.
Constantinou moves into range and connects with a jab.
Higgins on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Jab, jab by Constantinou - just one landing.
Constantinou has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Constantinou cracks Higgins with a good jab.
Constantinou throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Higgins on the side of the head.
Constantinou works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Constantinou lands a nice looking body shot.
Donk. Constantinou catches Higgins right on the button with a cross.
Constantinou fakes the leg kick and cracks Higgins in the body.
Constantinou lands a two punch combo.
Higgins is rocked!
Constantinou drops Higgins with a naaaaasty hook - Higgins is in real trouble here! Constantinou dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
