The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie just misses with a punch to the body.
Easterly stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Gracie is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Easterly .
Gracie swats away the attempt to clinch by Easterly .
Easterly uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Gracie.
Easterly pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Gracie's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Gracie duly obliges.
A head kick misses from Gracie.
The fighters circle momentarily. Gracie darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
No joy there for Gracie, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Gracie has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
A punch lands to the side of Easterly 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Easterly avoids the head kick by Gracie.
Gracie fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Easterly misses with a straight right.

Easterly closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Easterly breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Gracie's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Gracie throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Easterly has been working on his boxing with his coaches at HELLCADEMY in the buildup to the fight.
Gracie pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Gracie swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Easterly seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Gracie throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Easterly takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Gracie misses with a lunging right hand
and Easterly counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Easterly ducks under a wild hook from Gracie.
Easterly jabs Gracie right on the nose. Gracie blinks but takes it well.
Easterly cracks Gracie with an open hand slap.
Easterly comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Easterly throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Gracie is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
Easterly takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
This has been an exciting period of action!
A head kick misses from Easterly .
Gracie will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Easterly slips under a jab.

Gracie clinches up against the cage.
Easterly misses with a punch to the body.
Easterly tries to throw a body punch but Gracie avoids it by throwing Easterly back against the cage.
A body shot lands from Gracie.

Gracie breaks from the clinch.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Easterly blocks a head kick by Gracie.
Easterly tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Gracie paws at him with a jab and circles away.
A head kick misses from Gracie.
Gracie misses with a looping left.

Easterly instigates a clinch.
Easterly swings wildly with an uppercut but Gracie uses good head movement to avoid it.
Easterly misses with some punches.
Gracie lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

Easterly 's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Easterly fails with an attempt to clinch.
Easterly scores with a head kick. Gracie tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
A head kick misses from Easterly .
Gracie drops his hands momentarily and Easterly takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Easterly tries to close the distance and clinch up but Gracie swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Gracie instigates a clinch.

Easterly breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Sloppy strikes from Gracie. Those never looked like landing.

Easterly drives through and clinches with Gracie against the cage.

And that's the end of the fight!
Holden Gracie comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Gracie has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
