Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ruvik looks for a takedown but Messier sprawls well.
Ruvik takes one to the side of the head.
A punch combination from Messier misses.
Ruvik was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Ruvik staying out of range there.
Ruvik looks to score with a jab to the body but Messier is just out of range.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
A shot to the liver by Ruvik. Beautiful body shot.
Messier misses with a two punch combination.
Ruvik throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Messier's waist but Messier gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ruvik off to one side.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Ruvik. Messier shrugs it off though.
Ruvik shoots in and drives through. Messier sprawls well.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Izi Ruvik. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Ruvik feints and as Messier raises his hands in defense, Ruvik changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Ruvik is sitting in close to Messier's body. Messier has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Ruvik is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Ruvik is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Messier.
