Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Denny Crane!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sabry Teboulbi!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Yuuki Gou and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Teboulbi looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Crane getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Crane takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Crane takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
It looks like Denny Crane has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Crane gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Teboulbi to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Crane working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Teboulbi doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Teboulbi manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Teboulbi stands up from Crane's guard - Teboulbi perhaps looking for a knockout.
Crane shoots in for a takedown but Teboulbi shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Teboulbi lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Teboulbi lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Teboulbi uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Crane throws a jab when Teboulbi was well out of range.

Crane has his takedown stuffed
and Teboulbi counters with a nice right hand that sends Crane toppling to the canvas! Crane scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Teboulbi finish him?!
Crane is rocked!
Crane is breathing heavily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Crane avoids a punch combination nicely.
Crane misses with a takedown
and Teboulbi counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Oh Crane is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Denny Crane. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Teboulbi tries to stand but can't do so whilst Crane controls his leg.
Teboulbi is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Crane has managed to free his arm - good work.
Teboulbi tries to pass the half guard into mount. Crane knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Teboulbi content to control rather than advance.

Teboulbi is trying for a kimura here. Crane looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Teboulbi wins by kimura!
