The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bells shoots in and bounces Klippt off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Bells avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Bells must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Bells slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Klippt working for a triangle but Bells defends it easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Klippt has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Bells can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Klippt looking for a guillotine here but Bells defends easily.

Bells controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Klippt looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Bells is defending well. Klippt quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Bells has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Klippt celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
