Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 17 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Nero Hardy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Ike Goon!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Richard Clark and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goon throws a lazy right hand but Hardy sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Goon misses with a body shot.
Goon looks to land a right hand but Hardy moved out of range.
Hardy dives in for a single leg takedown but Goon sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Hardy has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Goon regains guard immediately.
Hardy slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Goon is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Hardy is controlling him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hardy is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Goon is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Goon has escaped and now he's on top!

Hardy looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Goon wanted to stand there but Hardy had control of the position.
Hardy is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Goon defends well.
Goon is looking to stand up but Hardy won't let him.
Hardy working for submissions but it's allowed Goon to get to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Hardy regains full guard. Nicely done.
Hardy looking for a triangle here. Goon is fighting it but it looks tight! Hardy pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Goon is tapping out - this one is all over!

After the fight, Nero Hardy was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
