Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ghost Chai (ranked 1076 p4p, 1505 weight class) and Sol Peters (ranked 138 p4p, 181 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Ghost Chai!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sol Peters!
The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Arvi Lind and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Peters fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Peters takes a swing at Chai's ribcage but misses.
A little feinted left hand from Chai on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Chai avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Good leg kick by Chai.
Chai listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
It looks like Sol Peters has been cut.
A punch combination from Chai misses.
Peters is trying to counter with his kicks.
Peters with a jab.
Peters scores with a jab to the head.
Chai pivots, looking for a leg kick but Peters is out of range and Chai settles back down.
Peters swings widly with a right hand
and Chai counters with an inside leg kick.
Chai motions for Peters to come forward. Chai throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
We've been told by Chai's head coaches at Master Chai's Dojo that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Peters throws a hook but Chai avoids it easily.
Chai lands an overhand right.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A swing and a miss from Chai.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Chai takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Peters explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Chai ducks right into an uppercut from Peters.
Peters throws a monster overhand right that drops Chai! Peters follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sol Peters!
Sol Peters is the new heavyweight champion!
Our winner, Sol Peters, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
