The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Steve Montenegro and Lou da Vinci.


The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Kulik circles away from the clinch attempt.
Kulik changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Brown dives in for a single leg takedown but Kulik sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Kulik gets tackled into the cage by Brown. Brown maintains the clinch.

Kulik has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Brown is trying to keep an underhook but Kulik manages to get the takedown into half guard.

Brown tries to escape but Kulik has the hooks in and won't let him break free.
Kulik has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Brown's body.
Brown staying busy and making it hard for Kulik to control.

Kulik gets his hands free as Brown looks to control.

Kulik has the hooks in. Brown is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Good control from Kulik.
Kulik seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Brown for as long as he can get away with.
Kulik wants to control but Brown manages to buck him off and is now in Kulik's guard! Nice work there by Brown!

Kulik is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
Brown slips nicely into half guard.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Kulik is squirming around, avoiding Brown's attempts to control the action.

Brown looking for a guillotine from mount but Kulik is having none of it.

And that's the end of the fight!
Kulik takes the fight on points by 13 to 5.
