This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the welterweight division. Introducing today's competitors. The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way.
Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling each other endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.

Laperierre is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Esteves.
