Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Linkavitch Chomofsky (ranked 585 p4p, 573 weight class) and Vinicius Honorio (ranked 76 p4p, 71 weight class). Chomofsky's entrance music is Mastodon - Sleeping Giant. A fine choice. Honorio has chosen Through the Darkness by Vinicius Honorio as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Linkavitch Chomofsky has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Eddie Farnsworth and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Honorio shoots in for a takedown but Chomofsky shows good takedown defense.
Chomofsky scores with a hook to the body. Honorio takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Honorio scores with a decent looking hook.
Chomofsky lands the left hand.
Chomofsky fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Honorio manages to avoid it.
Honorio throws a big shot that misses.
Chomofsky looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Vinicius Honorio seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nice defenses there by Honorio.
Nice straight punches there by Honorio. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Honorio.
Chomofsky throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Honorio stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Honorio throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Chomofsky tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Honorio is in Chomofsky's guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Honorio throws a strike but Chomofsky rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Chomofsky looking to sit in guard and control but Honorio gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Honorio wants to control from the top but Chomofsky keeps moving.
Honorio stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Chomofsky swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Honorio is still trying to improve position.

Chomofsky is trying to keep Honorio in close.
Honorio has gone for a leg lock! Chomofsky slips out almost immediately though and dives into Honorio's guard.
Honorio keeping moving, preventing Chomofsky from controlling successfully.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Chomofsky stands up over his opponent, looking to dive in with a big punch. Here he comes, superman style! Oh, the punch misses and Honorio has got him in a triangle choke for good measure! Oh no! Chomofsky manages to get his head free but now Honorio has transitioned to an armbar! Chomofsky grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Honorio! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!
