Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Toryn Dalton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sean True (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dalton's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Theme From Sparta F.C. -The Fall. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

True fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Dalton sprawls well initially but True persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

True seems to be working for a kimura but Dalton defends the submission attempt.
True prevents Dalton from improving his position.
True is trying to control the action in half guard but Dalton is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
True tries to pass to full mount but Dalton defends it.
Dalton is looking to improve his position.
Dalton wants to get back to his feet.

True is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Dalton doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time True.

True is working for a submission of some sort.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
True throws a sloppy head kick and Dalton moves out of range easily.
Dalton lands a straight punch to the body, keeping True at a distance.
Dalton takes a swing at True's ribcage but misses.
Dalton wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
True throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Dalton moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Dalton misses with a jab, cross combination.
True closes the distance but Dalton moves to the side
and Dalton counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Sean True seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

True throws a push kick but Dalton slaps the foot to one side.

True with a lazy takedown attempt
and Dalton counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps True thinking.

and Dalton connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Dalton works over True's head and body with a nice combination.

Dalton moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

True shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Dalton is looking for a sweep. True is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

True throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Dalton was covering up waiting for the punch and True finishes the takedown easily into guard.

True stands and throws Dalton's legs to the side, diving into side control.

True is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Dalton knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

True goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Dalton has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for True but great work by Dalton.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Dalton accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
True wants to sweep here but Dalton controlling him for the moment.
True manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

True is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Dalton is surviving well by controlling True's body position as best he can.
True seems to be looking to move to his opponent's back but Dalton is holding on tight.

True is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Dalton defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.
Dalton is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet.

Dalton tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!

True has control of Dalton's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Dalton regains control of the situation pretty easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Dalton is looking to improve his position but True isn't that keen on the idea.
