PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bong Ji Woo (ranked 9 p4p, 23 weight class) and Rob Roy (ranked 2 p4p, 4 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 41 - 15 - 1, fighting out of New York, Rob Roy!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ji Woo dips to his left and cracks Roy with an uppercut!
Roy bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
We've been informed that Roy has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Ji Woo checks a leg kick.

That was a close round but I would say that Bong Ji Woo will probably get the nod.
