The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tochukwu ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Perkalla ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Tochukwu moves away.
Perkalla pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Tochukwu uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Perkalla.
Perkalla misses with the combination.
Perkalla throws an overhand right that lands on Tochukwu's shoulder, as Tochukwu tries to avoid the shot.
Tochukwu doesn't manage to clinch there - Perkalla circles away.
A little feinted left hand from Perkalla on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

We've been hearing that Perkalla has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.

Tochukwu has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at League of Shadows MMA. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.
Perkalla drops an elbow to the side of Tochukwu's head.
Tochukwu is pressing down on Perkalla's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Perkalla distracts Tochukwu with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

Tolgot Tochukwu tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
