Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Vtnom Snake (ranked 6305 p4p, 3499 weight class) and Johnny Knuckles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Snake comes to the cage accompanied by wae. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Vtnom Snake!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Johnny Knuckles!
The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Ivan Kurochkin and Viktor Lagutenko.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knuckles scores with a jab. Snake acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Snake is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Knuckles misses with a straight left.
Snake takes one on the button.
Knuckles throws a shot from downtown. Snake moves away and avoids it.
Snake ducks under a wild hook from Knuckles.
Snake slips a jab from Knuckles.
Knuckles thows a left - swing and a miss!
Knuckles throws out a powerful jab.
Knuckles throws a lazy right hand but Snake sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Snake on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

Snake is rocked!
No joy there for Snake, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Snake throws the kick towards the body but Knuckles avoids it.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Knuckles looks to land a right hand but Snake moved out of range.
Knuckles throws a hook but Snake blocks it.
Snake takes one to the side of the head.
Oh Snake is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Snake ducks under a wild hook from Knuckles.
Snake seems to have got his legs back now.
Snake moves out of range of the strikes.
Knuckles cracks Snake with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Knuckles cracks Snake with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Knuckles has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Snake to stand back up!
Knuckles scores with a nice right hand.
Knuckles throws a looping overhand right but Snake ducks down to avoid it.
Snake slips a straight right by Knuckles.
As Knuckles tries to get set, Snake tries to push him back and clinch up but Knuckles manages to avoid the attempt.
Knuckles misses the jab.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Snake slips under a jab from Knuckles.
Snake is looking for a counter combo.
Snake is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Jab, jab by Knuckles - just one landing.
Knuckles throws a shot from downtown. Snake moves away and avoids it.
Snake changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Knuckles tries to avoid it but Snake manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Knuckles to the ground. Knuckles escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Knuckles lands with an overhand left.
Snake tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Knuckles paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Knuckles is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Snake had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into mush.

Knuckles feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Snake sprawling to the canvas! Snake rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Knuckles finish him?!
Knuckles pounces like a tiger and cracks Snake with a vicious hook! Snake is down but not out! Knuckles follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Johnny Knuckles!
