Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Cedric Doumbe!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Dan Dubois!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Paul Tew and Colin Fotheringham.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dubois throws a solid leg kick but Doumbe takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Dubois.
A combination from Dubois does no damage.
Dubois tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Doumbe was well out of range. Poor timing from Dubois.
Doumbe half committed to a counter leg kick.
Doumbe lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Doumbe.
Doumbe looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Doumbe has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Dubois after a bit of a struggle.

Doumbe really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Dubois wants to stand but Doumbe has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Dubois lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Dubois wants to get up but he can't break Doumbe's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Doumbe controls Dubois momentarily but Dubois frees himself.

Dubois throws a big right hand that misses.

Dubois decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Dubois leaves Doumbe with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Cedric Doumbe. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Doumbe misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Dubois appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
Doumbe shoots for a takedown but Dubois saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Dubois is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Doumbe with a body shot.
Dubois plants his feet and throws a 3 punch combo. Miss, miss, boom! The third punch, a big right hook, connects right on the temple and drops Doumbe to the mat, unconscious! This fight is all over! Doumbe just couldn't keep out of the way of the whole flurry of punches!

A very excited looking Dan Dubois rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
