Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between CJ Fredrich (ranked 2277 p4p, 3139 weight class) and Chilly Willy (ranked 296 p4p, 398 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Willy waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Fredrich.
A big right from Willy misses.
Fredrich just misses with a punch to the body.

Willy gets tackled into the cage by Fredrich. Fredrich maintains the clinch.

Willy lands a really nice looking cross but Fredrich seems unphased.

so Fredrich counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Fredrich has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Fredrich stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Willy swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Fredrich seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Willy for as long as he can get away with.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Fredrich takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Willy looks to land a right hand but Fredrich moved out of range.

Fredrich tried to counter with a leg kick but Willy avoided it.

The referee warns Willy that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

A big strike lands for Fredrich! That's really hurt Willy and he's turned his back - Fredrich keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Fredrich jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
