Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Lurch Addams!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 26 - 37 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Marcus St Stone!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Percy O'Donnell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
St Stone tries to clinch but Addams moves out of range.
Addams swats away the attempt to clinch by St Stone.
St Stone moves in looking to clinch but Addams pushes him off.

St Stone moves into the clinch.
Addams drops to a knee looking for a takedown but St Stone gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Addams is struggling to control the position.
Addams takes an elbow to the temple.

It looks like Lurch Addams has been cut.
Addams really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
St Stone lands an elbow inside that Addams shrugs off.
St Stone tries to land a knee to the head but Addams blocks with his arms.
Addams tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. St Stone smiles and moves away.
St Stone looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Addams is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in St Stone's half guard.

St Stone has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Addams is working away from the top position though.
Addams perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
St Stone moves into full guard.
St Stone wants to sweep here but Addams controlling him for the moment.

St Stone looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Addams pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. St Stone is keeping the position for now.
Addams stays in close to St Stone's body and controls the position.

St Stone escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Addams gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Addams not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Addams has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Addams advances to half guard.

St Stone looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.

St Stone is looking to control Addams's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can St Stone avoid being mounted?
St Stone tries to roll over but Addams keeps him under control.
St Stone is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Addams works his way into side control.
St Stone is trying to improve his position.
Addams will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Addams advances to mount.
Addams content just to control the position here.

Addams wants to take his opponent's back but he's not managed it.
St Stone is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Addams seems to be looking to move to his opponent's back but St Stone is holding on tight.
Addams controlling from mount.
St Stone regains half guard.
Addams works his way into side control.
St Stone is looking to regain half guard here but Addams keeps moving and retains side control.
Addams advances nicely into full mount.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
St Stone is wriggling around trying to escape.
Addams takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

St Stone fails with an attempt to clinch.

Addams changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. St Stone looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Addams moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
St Stone wants to control but Addams postures up.
St Stone is trying to escape the position but Addams is controlling the position.

Addams is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. St Stone knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
St Stone tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Addams wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
St Stone is being controlled here.
St Stone gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
St Stone tries to get to full guard but Addams has control of the leg.
Addams is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for St Stone!

Addams controlling the pace for now.
Addams seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down St Stone for as long as he can get away with.
This is a sustained period of stalling by Addams.
Addams is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that St Stone can do to turn this around?

St Stone is working to get back to half guard.

St Stone has left one of his arms exposed and Addams doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. St Stone screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
