Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Iso Danny (ranked 6224 p4p, 5108 weight class) and Lorenz Blackwater (ranked 573 p4p, 534 weight class). Blackwater is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: A$AP Rocky - Everyday. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blackwater connects with a jab.

Danny shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Blackwater's guard.
Danny in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Danny missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.

Blackwater wants to sweep here but Danny controlling him for the moment.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Blackwater is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Blackwater is looking for a triangle but Danny pushes his legs off easily.
Blackwater can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Danny controls the pace.

Danny avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Blackwater is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Danny wants to control from the top but Blackwater keeps moving.

Danny has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Blackwater has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Danny can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Danny lands a couple of elbows.
Blackwater wants to sweep here but Danny controlling him for the moment.

Danny is sitting in close to Blackwater's body. Blackwater has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Danny is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Danny is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Blackwater.

After the fight, Lorenz Blackwater was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
