Vitalik comes to the cage accompanied by Planet Purge - Midnight Tyrannosaurus & Ehide. Musa Vitalik could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to David Hanson's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 1, fighting out of London, David Hanson!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Arvi Lind.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Vitalik manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Hanson on his heels. He'll look to pass Hanson's guard now, I'm sure.
Vitalik has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Vitalik trying to control the position from guard on top but Hanson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Vitalik is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Hanson is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Vitalik defends well.

Hanson is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Vitalik has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Hanson working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Vitalik doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Vitalik manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Hanson has his foot on Vitalik's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Vitalik works his way back into a safe position though.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Vitalik is nestled in close to Hanson, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
