The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Magomedov misses with a hook. Liu ducked under it nicely.

Magomedov shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Magomedov showed some decent athleticism there.
Magomedov perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Magomedov slips a nice elbow through Liu's hands, connecting with Liu's forehead.
Magomedov lands with a punch from half guard.
Liu is trying to control but can't.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Magomedov winds up and cracks Liu with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Magomedov lands a massive shot from half guard that has rocked Liu! More strikes land and this one is all over! Magomedov jumps to his feet and is applauded loudly by the crowd!
