Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Seisuke Inoue!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ferdinand Lascombe!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Shigeki Fujiwara and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lascombe tries to close the distance and clinch but Inoue swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Inoue feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Inoue avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Lascombe looking for a sweep. Not yet Lascombe, not yet.
Inoue wants to control from the top but Lascombe keeps moving.
Lascombe looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Lascombe might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Inoue haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Our spies down at at DF Fitnesscentrum inform us that Lascombe has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off?
Lascombe is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Inoue frees his head nicely. Oh but Lascombe has switched to an armbar! Inoue is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
