The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gonna Get misses with a takedown
and Dimakov counters with a straight right hand.
Gonna Get with a lazy takedown attempt
and Dimakov cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Dimakov thows a left - swing and a miss!
Gonna Get is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Dimakov looks to land a right hand but Gonna Get moved out of range.
Dimakov moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

It looks like Covid Gonna Get has been cut.
Gonna Get keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Gonna Get displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Dimakov throws out the jab.

Dimakov gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Dimakov is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Gonna Get presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.

Gonna Get changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Dimakov fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Dimakov gets in close and instigates a clinch.
I was talking to Dimakov's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Gonna Get has Dimakov pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Dimakov manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Dimakov has a couple of punches blocked by Gonna Get.

Dimakov pushes Gonna Get against the cage. Dimakov is working some dirty boxing. Dimakov pushes off with a quick right hook! Gonna Get goes down! Gonna Get tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Dimakov moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
