Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Nero Hardy!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Steven Brown and Richard Clark.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hardy on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Hardy throws a lazy right hand but Bond sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Hardy throws a right hand that misses
and Bond counters with a nice leg kick.
Bond keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Hardy.
Bond feinted there with a counter leg kick.
Hardy smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
A slow jab from Hardy misses its intended target.
Hardy works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

Bond gets caught flat footed, as Hardy shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Bond keeping moving, preventing Hardy from controlling successfully.

A counter left hand to the body from Bond misses its target.

Hardy shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Bond as he jumps to the side.
Hardy throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bond's waist but Bond gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Hardy off to one side.
Bond walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Hardy checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Hardy shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bond as he avoids it easily.
Gunner Bond has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nero Hardy.

Hardy thuds his right hand into Bond's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Bond ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hardy moves away.

and Bond counters with a nice leg kick.

enabling Bond to counter with a crisp jab.
Hardy misses with a hook. Bond ducked under it nicely.
Hardy connects with a good right hand that stumbles Bond. Bond circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Hardy avoids the body shot from Bond.
Bond lands a nice shot to the body.
Hardy has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Bond finds it's way round the side to connect with Hardy's head.

Hardy walks into a stiff left hand from Bond.
Hardy might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Bond uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Hardy.

Bond lands with an uppercut that bounces Hardy off the cage and back into range.

and Bond cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Bond throws a leg kick which misses Hardy's front leg but catches the back leg as Hardy tries to avoid it.
Hardy throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Hardy throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Hardy is trying hard to land a takedown here. Bond sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Bond throws a quick counter kick to the body but Hardy avoids it.
We've been told by Bond's head coaches at Fist of Fury Training Center that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Bond lands a big head kick that sends Hardy tumbling to the mat! Bond takes a step backwards and waves Hardy back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Hardy is rocked!
Hardy goes for a double leg but Bond avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Bond continues to drive forward.
Hardy is still on wobbly legs! Can Bond finish him?

and Bond counters with a right hand to the body.

Bond closes the distance and lands a brutal uppercut that knocks Hardy out! We're looking at the replay now - he was out before he hit the floor!
