Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Small Dayton (ranked 2043 p4p, 2462 weight class) and Eli Austen (ranked 182 p4p, 212 weight class). Eli Austen will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Austen jabs Dayton to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Austen throws a series of strikes that have Dayton backpedaling.

Dayton shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Austen is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Dayton has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Austen has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Dayton is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Austen.

A relieved looking Small Dayton thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
