Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jason Dawkins (ranked 1460 p4p, 1906 weight class) and Ludko Struja Jr (ranked 226 p4p, 287 weight class). Struja Jr has chosen Wu-Tang Clan - C.R.E.A.M. as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dawkins fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Struja Jr to the ground. Dawkins is now in Struja Jr's guard.
Dawkins stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Struja Jr swivels though and keeps the full guard.

We've been hearing good reports from Dawkins's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Struja Jr rolls with it to try and escape but Dawkins cranks on the arm and Struja Jr is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
