Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Angelo Alexiou (ranked 4334 p4p, 4214 weight class) and Kelsey Wright (ranked 154 p4p, 220 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Alexiou might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to California Gurls. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Angelo Alexiou!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Kelsey Wright!
The judges for this bout are Ben Hemmingworth, Ben Watson and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wright manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Alexiou on his heels. He'll look to pass Alexiou's guard now, I'm sure.
Alexiou utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Wright is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Alexiou is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Alexiou has escaped and now he's on top!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Alexiou shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Wright as he jumps to the side.
Wright wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Angelo Alexiou is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Alexiou fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Wright to the ground. Alexiou is now in Wright's guard.
Wright scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Alexiou throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Wright was covering up waiting for the punch and Alexiou finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Wright is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Alexiou presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.
And that's the end of the fight!
Kelsey Wright comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Wright has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
