Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Clarence Hoost (ranked 77 p4p, 122 weight class) and Kjetil Olsen (ranked 12 p4p, 20 weight class). Olsen has chosen Liberty by LXST CXNTURY as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Kjetil Olsen will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kjetil Olsen!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Taro Takaoka.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hoost rushes Olsen and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
A short body shot lands from Hoost as the two fighters clinch.
Hoost misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Hoost blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Hoost scores with a nice hook to the head.
Hoost swings wildly with an uppercut but Olsen uses good head movement to avoid it.

Olsen escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Olsen fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Hoost on the side of the head.
Olsen fakes the leg kick and cracks Hoost in the body.
Hoost throws out a powerful jab.
Nice defenses there by Hoost.
Hoost tries to move into range but Olsen moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Olsen misses with a hook. Hoost ducked under it nicely.
Kjetil Olsen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hoost buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Hoost has been working on his boxing with his coaches at King's Cross MMA in the buildup to the fight.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Olsen throws a hook but Hoost avoids it easily.
Hoost sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Hoost ducks under a wild hook from Olsen.

Olsen throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Olsen tries to land a front kick but Hoost steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Hoost is looking to counter with head kicks.
Hoost uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Olsen.
Hoost moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Olsen connects with a jab.

It looks like Clarence Hoost has been cut.
Nice jab there from Olsen.
Hoost swings away with a body shot that misses
and Olsen counters with a stiff right hand.
A big left from Olsen misses.
Hoost misses with a right hand
and Olsen counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Hoost looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Olsen is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Hoost had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into mush.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Olsen. Hoost shrugs it off though.
Hoost misses with a looping left.
Olsen is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Olsen cracks Hoost with an open hand slap.
Hoost throws a leg kick
and Olsen counters with a nice body kick.
Olsen lunges at Hoost with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Hoost's hand.

Clarence Hoost's cut is getting worse.
Hoost walks into a jab.
Olsen lands a nice shot that snaps Hoost's head back.
Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Olsen throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Hoost is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!
