Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kurki Potku!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 22 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kwame Nti!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Hirohito Nitta and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nti looking to score a takedown here. Potku is defending well but Nti drives through and ends up in Potku's guard.
Nti got a little sloppy there for a moment and Potku has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Nti has managed to get both his arms back between Potku's legs - danger averted.

That was a close round but I would say that Kurki Potku will probably get the nod.

Potku is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Nti.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Nti slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Potku has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Nti is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Potku.
