Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 1 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Fook Man!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Robert Munson!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Steve Smith and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling each other endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.
A lazy body kick from Munson
and Man counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Man has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Munson.
Munson looks for the body kick but Man saw that one coming.
Man looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Man lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Munson gets off balance looking for a body kick
and Munson takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Man is looking to slow Munson down with leg kicks.
Munson does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Man takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Man tried to score with a low kick but Munson checks it.
Munson tries a quick counter leg kick but Man is wise to it.
Good standup being displayed there by Man as he connects with a hook.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Man looks for the body kick but Munson saw that one coming.
Munson feints a counter leg kick.
And that's the end of the fight!
Fook Man showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Man has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
