Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Cooper Roos (ranked 200 p4p, 225 weight class) and Kareem Johnson (ranked 27 p4p, 31 weight class). Roos comes to the cage accompanied by EASY MONEY. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kareem Johnson!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Roos misses with an uppercut
and Johnson connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Cooper Roos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Johnson in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Roos drops Johnson with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Johnson looks back up at him and smiles so Roos waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Roos lands a big right hand that drops Johnson! The killer instinct kicks in and Roos finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Roos!
