Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Luuk Benjamin (ranked 1089 p4p, 1361 weight class) and Adrian Sterling (ranked 98 p4p, 124 weight class). Sterling has chosen Snake by Lil Keed as his entrance music. Luuk Benjamin could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Adrian Sterling's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sterling misses with a wild body shot.
Benjamin wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Benjamin throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Sterling sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Donk. Benjamin catches Sterling right on the button with a cross.
Benjamin lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.

It looks like Adrian Sterling has been cut.

Sterling feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Benjamin on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Benjamin tries to get out of the position.
Sterling's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Benjamin is adopting a defensive guard.
Sterling trying to control the position from guard on top but Benjamin is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Sterling looking to pass the guard.
Sterling is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Sterling stops Benjamin from standing up.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Benjamin throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
A slow jab from Benjamin misses its intended target.
Benjamin looks to land a combination but Sterling avoids it well.
Sterling has a takedown stuffed.
Sterling closes the distance and clinches up with Benjamin, looking for a takedown. Sterling pushes Benjamin against the cage but Benjamin circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Benjamin throws a lazy right hand but Sterling sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Benjamin swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Sterling.
Sterling shoots for a double leg takedown but Benjamin sprawls well. He's pushed Sterling's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Luuk Benjamin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Adrian Sterling.
Benjamin checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Sterling throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Benjamin's waist but Benjamin gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Sterling off to one side.
Benjamin plants his feet and throws a brutal three punch combo that sends Sterling swiftly into unconsciousness! Right, left, right! Boom, boom, boom! Sterling face plants, battered and bloodied! He might never be the same again after that finish!
