Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Colby Gebhardt!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 35 - 25 - 2, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Calixto Cardona!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Shigeki Fujiwara and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A decent looking body kick lands there for Cardona.
Cardona throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Gebhardt slips a straight right by Cardona.
Cardona throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Gebhardt fires out a quick counter leg kick but Cardona just manages to avoid it.
Cardona stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Gebhardt.
Cardona lands with a kick to the ribs.
Cardona ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Cardona feints and as Gebhardt raises his hands in defense, Cardona changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Gebhardt has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Cardona has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Cardona takes a shot to the head.
Gebhardt throws a punch but it's blocked by Cardona.
Gebhardt tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Cardona's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Cardona with a poor takedown
and Gebhardt counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Cardona misses with a low kick.
Cardona uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Gebhardt.
Cardona shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Gebhardt napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Cardona wants to lay and pray for a moment but Gebhardt keeps working.
Cardona is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.

Gebhardt is not content to let Cardona control the position.
Gebhardt's coaches at Certiļ¬ed Cave Gang have been working on his defensive grappling in preparation for this fight so let's see if he can get out of this tricky position.

Cardona is working for a kimura but Gebhardt is defending it quite comfortably.
Cardona wants to free his trapped foot but Gebhardt is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Cardona is still trying to improve position.
Cardona wants to advance to full mount but Gebhardt doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Gebhardt seems keen to control Cardona's posture.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Cardona is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Cardona misses with an uppercut. Gebhardt saw that one coming.

Cardona jabs Gebhardt to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Cardona scores with a sloppy right hand. Gebhardt should have avoided that one.

Cardona lands a nice looking body shot.

Cardona catches Gebhardt with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Cardona lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
A shot to the body from Cardona misses
and Gebhardt counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Gebhardt feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Cardonas jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Gebhardt throws a leg kick but Cardona moved away.
Cardona throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Calixto Cardona seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cardona with a poor takedown
and Gebhardt connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Cardona looks to land a body kick but Gebhardt moved away.
Gebhardt thows a body kick. Cardona tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Cardona throws a big shot that misses.
And Gebhardt counters with a quick kick to the body but Cardona blocks it.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Cardona.
An attempted straight right counter from Gebhardt misses the target.
Colby Gebhardt has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Calixto Cardona.
Gebhardt misses with a head kick.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Calixto Cardona dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Gebhardt throws a looping overhand right but Cardona ducks down to avoid it.

letting Gebhardt counter with a right hand.
Cardona is rocked!
Cardona swings away with a body shot that misses
and Gebhardt counters with a powerful cross that connects right on the chin and the lights go out! A massive one punch knock out!

Our winner, Colby Gebhardt, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
