The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Taylor moves into the clinch.

Taylor jumps into guard, dragging Moteki to the mat.
Moteki must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Moteki won't allow Taylor to sweep him here.

Moteki is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Moteki slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Taylor is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Moteki's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Taylor tries to get to full guard but Moteki has control of the leg.
The fighters are battling for position here. Taylor manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Moteki has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Taylor to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Moteki is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Taylor pulls down on the head and he's put Moteki to sleep! This one is all over!
