The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Betham tries to clinch up.
Horrible takedown attempt by Betham or perhaps it was just good defense by Hasty, which made it look bad.

Hasty shoots in and gets a takedown into Betham's guard.
Betham really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Hasty is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hasty lands a couple of digs.
Hasty throws a big right hand that misses.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Betham holds on and takes a little breather.
Hasty connects with a couple of short punches.

Hasty throwing strikes from guard but Betham blocks nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Hasty postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hasty postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Betham covers up, he's hurt! Hasty keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Hasty and the ref steps in to end the fight! Hasty can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
