Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Linkavitch Chomofsky (ranked 728 p4p, 1500 weight class) and Alexander Mesquita (ranked 106 p4p, 208 weight class). Chomofsky comes to the cage accompanied by Mastodon - Sleeping Giant. Linkavitch Chomofsky has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mesquita moves in looking to clinch but Chomofsky pushes him off.

Chomofsky has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Mesquita can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Mesquita keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Chomofsky's head.

Chomofsky has hold of Mesquita's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Mesquita tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Chomofsky cranks the arm and Mesquita screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Mesquita, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
