Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cole Hart (ranked 3803 p4p, 5728 weight class) and Michael Lewis (ranked 479 p4p, 557 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Cole Hart!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Michael Lewis!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Gregory Folan and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lewis looks to land a right hand but Hart moved out of range.
Hart throws a series of punches but Lewis avoids them all with ease.
Hart cracks Lewis with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Hart lands the left hand.
Hart looks to land a left hand but Lewis moved out of range nicely.

Lewis fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Hart sprawls well initially but Lewis persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Lewis looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Lewis scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Lewis looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Lewis is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Hart has managed to free his arm - good work.
Lewis thows a huge punch but Hart dodges it nicely.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Lewis with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Hart wants to get back to full guard.
Hart regains full guard. Nicely done.
Lewis trying to control but Hart is working from the bottom.

Lewis has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Lewis passes into half guard.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Hart tries to get to full guard but Lewis has control of the leg.
Lewis slips a nice elbow through Hart's hands, connecting with Hart's forehead.
Lewis passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Hart!

Lewis tries to control but Hart wriggling away.
Lewis pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Lewis is landing with some decent strikes but Hart is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Hart is squirming around, avoiding Lewis's attempts to control the action.
You get the feeling that Hart really doesn't like being in this position too much.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Hart scores with a crisp jab that stopped Lewis in his tracks.

so Lewis counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Hart has momentary wrist control but Lewis slips an elbow through the middle.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lewis is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Lewis drops back looking for a leg! Hart is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Hart manages to kick Lewis off! Lewis jumps back into Hart's guard.

Hart tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Lewis works over Hart with some ground and pound from guard.

Lewis lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Hart wants to get back to his feet but Lewis is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Hart manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Lewis manages to get himself to full guard.

Lewis bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Hart's guard.

Lewis wants to control from the top but Hart keeps moving.
Michael Lewis has got the better of the ground game so far.
Lewis connects with a couple of short punches.
Lewis is in close to Hart's body, working some short punches and elbows.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Lewis is working Hart over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Hart had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Lewis defends it easily.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Hart wants to stand up but Lewis is controlling him.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Michael Lewis showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Lewis will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Hart throwing a counter right hand but Lewis manages to avoid it.
Lewis looks to land a left hand but Hart moved out of range nicely.
Lewis shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Hart as he jumps to the side.

Hart throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Lewis avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Lewis shoots for a takedown but Hart saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Cole Hart has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Michael Lewis.

Lewis is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

I've got Lewis winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
