Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Joao Andrade (ranked 2003 p4p, 22142 weight class) and Mitch McGee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Andrade comes to the cage accompanied by Sabotage - Rap É Compromisso. McGee comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Survivor - Eye of the Tiger kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Joao Andrade had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 21 - 14 - 2, fighting out of Los Angeles, Joao Andrade!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 10 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mitch McGee!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Don Winkell and Frank Antenori.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGee wants to clinch up but Andrade keeps it at a distance.
McGee throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
McGee shoots for a double leg takedown but Andrade sprawls well. He's pushed McGee's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
McGee is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Andrade stuffs the takedown.
Andrade has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
McGee swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Andrade bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Andrade explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
McGee closes the distance and clinches up with Andrade, looking for a takedown. McGee pushes Andrade against the cage but Andrade circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Joao Andrade has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mitch McGee.
McGee takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

McGee takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

McGee shoots in looking for a takedown but Andrade manages to keep the fight standing, pushing McGee's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

McGee is rocked!
McGee's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Andrade connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! McGee scrambles back to his feet.
McGee is still on wobbly legs! Can Andrade finish him?
Andrade throws a pinpoint strike between McGee's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends McGee crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Andrade scores a great knockout victory!
